We are looking for an Educational Consultant / ELE Promoter to drive the international adoption of our Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) solutions through a unique mix of pedagogical expertise, consultative selling, and relationship building.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Foreign Trade and work closely with the Commercial, Editorial, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
What you’ll do
- Visit schools, universities, language academies, and educational institutions to promote ELE products.
- Identify key decision-makers and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Present new editorial solutions and adapt your message to different educational contexts.
- Represent Grupo ANAYA at conferences, fairs, and ELE sector events.
- Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and teacher training sessions.
- Support implementation after adoption and gather feedback to improve our products.
- Manage commercial follow-up, CRM updates, and order-related support.
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Degree in Spanish Philology, Linguistics, Translation and Interpreting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an ELE teacher, teacher trainer, or in a similar educational role.
- Strong knowledge of ELE methodologies, communicative and task-based approaches, and digital tools.
- Experience in consultative sales or commercial environments.
- Strong English communication skills, level B2-C1.
- Excellent presentation, organisation, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
Valuable
- Master’s degree in ELE or specialised teacher training.
- Experience in editorial promotion or consultative sales.
- Portuguese language skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and commercial reporting.
- International market experience and intercultural awareness.
